I just updated Norton AntiVirus and now NikNak appears to
have stopped or NikNak runs really slowly? (there
have been no reports of this happening)
This issue has been reported to Symantec. Currently the best work-around is to
disable AutoProtect scanning when "opening, copying or moving" in the options of
Norton AntiVirus - we suggest that you try restoring this setting after your
next antivirus update.
Update: The latest version of NikNak has a fix for this AntiVirus issue.
I can not create buttons for things like the recycle bin and My Computer, how

Right click on the item you want to add, select "Create Shortcut", then

There are a few programs out there that interfere with the operation of
docked windows. To re-enable the pop-up action double-click on the NikNak icon

caused by the ad-sponsoring. The solution is to uninstall the current version an
install the current version. This version is designed not to have this problem.
Update - All ad-sponsoring has been removed.
